Another quarter century is nearing us with the review show. To give you a break from all my mouthing off, tomorrow & next week will be a couple of winter warming mix sessions. The mix sessions are all about the beats, but returning in the new year on 8th Jan 2012, we’ll be having a little recap.

Anyone visiting the website in the past year or so will have noticed the lack of updates. Anything happening was given to you verbally on the late DCA show or posted on my social pages. However, after a broken server around summer time this year which knocked the website out entirely (Needing a complete re-build) & the latest release on Digital Deception which was a decidedely more positive event, the website has seen the single largest overhaul since its first revision.
All the usual pages will be available such as News & Releases but you can also breakdown further, such as purely label Headlines or Sidelines. Each article will be tagged & searchable right from our very first news piece, the landmark label launch, up to the latest & forthcoming details. There’s a new comments system implemented & ratings for releases & articles so feedback away.
We’re looking at a 2012 launch for the new site, but it’s online already so if you’re visiting now, you’ll be seeing changes on a daily basis as things are built.

There’s been a bit of a gap between releases, no question & so with the nearing of our next release from Si:K (DDR007), we have made the decision to do a little giveaway.
It’s so easy, your grandmothers grandmother could grab a free copy of this release.
All you need to do, it join the chatroom for the Drum & Bass Review show on Sunday 3rd December 2011 on UK Bass Radio & every person in attendance will be given a secret link to download the tracks. The links will then only be available for one hour after the show finishes at 8pm, UK time.
Back in February we set up our social sharing accounts on SoundCloud & MixCloud. The plan was to find a permanent home for the DnB Review Show. What we did not expect was to ignite a flame that we thought long passed.
Back in April, we re-uploaded the free promo tracks from DDR000 to give you all another chance to download them. At the same time we began looking over our back catalogue to upload clips for every release to date.
We found these beauties & they NEED to be in your hands.

I cannot believe the Review Show is 50 already!
Since its launch listeners numbers have increased, chatroom interaction has increased & downloads have simply snowballed. On Sunday 12th June 2011 we will be having another re-cap of the shows. Same Format, one tune per show & I’ll try to fit in all 25 tracks.
